• Details you provide in the enrollment form: student and parent/guardian names, age, gender, country, WhatsApp number, optional email, course choices, learning level, platform, timing and teacher preferences, and any message.
• Messages you send us on WhatsApp.

How we use it

• To contact you, arrange a trial class and schedule your online Quran lessons.
• To match the student with a suitable teacher and course.
• To share progress updates with parents or guardians.

Sharing

We do not sell your information. Enrollment requests are stored securely with our website hosting provider, and classes take place on third-party platforms (Google Meet, Zoom or WhatsApp) whose own privacy policies apply.

Children

Enrollment for children should be completed by a parent or guardian, who remains in contact with the academy.
